2. Clinical Consultations
All treatments begin with a consultation conducted by a qualified clinician. During your consultation, your clinician will:

Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate and up-to-date information regarding:

- Pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Previous cosmetic or medical procedures.
- Any changes to their health before each appointment.
Failure to disclose relevant medical information may affect treatment suitability and outcomes.
4. Consent
Treatment will only proceed after informed consent has been obtained.
Clients acknowledge that they have had the opportunity to ask questions and understand the nature of the treatment, including potential risks, side effects, downtime and expected recovery.
5. Appointments
Appointments are reserved exclusively for each client.
Clients are expected to arrive on time. Late arrival may reduce treatment time or require the appointment to be rescheduled.
6. Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure an appointment.
Deposits are applied towards treatment costs and are subject to Salon Station's Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.
7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made in accordance with Salon Station's cancellation policy.
Failure to attend an appointment or cancelling outside the required notice period may result in the loss of your deposit or cancellation fee.
8. Treatment Packages
Treatment packages:
- Are non-transferable unless approved by Salon Station.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Are non-refundable once treatment has commenced.
- Must be used within any applicable expiry period communicated at the time of purchase.
9. Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Existing prepaid packages will continue to be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
10. Treatment Outcomes
Individual responses to cosmetic treatments vary.
No guarantee, warranty or representation is made regarding specific treatment outcomes or the number of treatments required to achieve desired results.
11. Aftercare
Clients agree to follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by their clinician.
Failure to comply with aftercare instructions may affect healing, increase risks and impact treatment outcomes.
12. Photographs
Clinical photographs may be taken before and after treatment for medical records and treatment planning.
Images will remain confidential unless separate written consent is obtained for marketing or educational purposes.
13. Client Conduct
Salon Station is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff.
Aggressive, abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour may result in treatment being refused and future appointments declined.
14. Gift Cards and Promotions
Gift cards, promotional offers and discounts:
- Cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
- May be subject to expiry dates and promotional conditions.
15. Refunds
Refunds are governed by Salon Station's Refund Policy and Australian Consumer Law.
16. Privacy
Salon Station collects and stores personal and medical information for the purpose of providing safe clinical care and complying with legal obligations.
Information is handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws.
17. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
